"Foxes Run" and "Bonnie and Clyde" were insta-favourites for me, really dig the album. Though I'm not sure if I think it beats the debut just yet.

I'm not sure how I feel yet. I don't hate it but I'm not sure it's top notch

Yeah I did, although I do need to relisten to it and see how it fits with then new album. Think I'm going to try and find time tomorrow to listen to the first one then listen to the second one and make up my mind if it's worth pursuing number 2

I think the weak spot on this new album are the vocals, they're just not as convincing as the debut, but the music itself is more adventurous than the last, I think.

Yeah there is a bit of a let down in the vocals. I liked the music for Born To Trouble and was thinking it should have been track 1. Howling Vengeance still works but BTT seems like a better opener.

I think side b is also the better side, it's bottom heavy. As far as Australian heavy metal goes, Road Warrior beats out Convent Guilt this year IMHO.

I still haven't listened to RW. I know I have to get around to it but keep forgetting.

One thing it has over either Convent Guilt albums is a shitload of guts. It just feels heavier.
