im not gonna lie, not a fan of the album myself for numerous reasons but im always down to revisit ANY thrash metal album when doing those Song Survivor threads, even ones from Anthrax

yeah it sounds like a sloppy imitation of bands like Slayer and Exodus(with some riffs that are literally stolen from the former)with bad songwriting and vocals(some Baloff imitation here too). 3rd rate stuff imo but 3rd rate thrash is still better than most of the 3rd rate trad metal bands that some of the people here fellate to.

At least they know which bands to sloppily imitate I suppose lmao. I remember really liking the band, but when it comes to thrash I definitely am not schooled enough to pick out riff-cloning and imitations etc.

Well I remember liking that one too, might actually blast it after the debut whenever I get around to it. Maybe they actually dropping the imitating with it is why I asked. Often bands do that with their sophomore if their debut isn't very original.
