It usually goes back down to baseline but man the last one took a while and im already a week+ for this one. The weird thing is they spiked from loud noises, and im pretty sure my tinnitus isnt/wasnt tied to noise exposure. This things is a fuckng mystery. How's it going for you?

Tinnitus is still fully raging daily but I've completely acclimatized to it and it doesn't really bother me anymore. Hyperacusis has improved significantly and I'm able to listen to metal everyday again. Tinnitus always used to spike from loud noises for me too - I always linked that to hyperacusis... but yeah man, the whole thing is a fuckin mystery to me as well.
