Hey guys,

It seems a bit silly to ask this since I've been using Cubase/Nuendo for so long, but... how do you consolidate and export individual tracks from a session?

I've only ever done it in PT and it's been very straightforward, but Nuendo doesn't seem to come with any such functions, that I can find anyway.

Cheers.

best way in sx (and i think it is the same)

if you select all the audio on a track then right click you can "bounce audio"

this essentially consolidates the audio to one file.... BUT it doesnt "flat end" it so... an easy trick is the grab a bit of silence (say a bar) and put it at the begining of the song on every track you want to consolidate...

now bounce the audio and that pretty much does it for you,

if you consolidate all of the tracks you can then use the "save project to new folder" command to save all your consolidated files in one place (there is an option to just export used files)

hope that helps mate.

it really is about time steignberg sorted out a sensible way of doing this! lol
