NUENDO - extrange thing with midi instruments

i´ve a extrange problem.
i open vst instrument in nuendo and i assign to midi track.
i choose a preset in my vst and when music stop music or i advance cursor in the music preset is set to default.
why??!!!!!

Delete program changes on that midi track. There's surely a control change on the midi track

i think must be vst instrument configuration. midi only is notes, what it changes is vst instrument...
help?
