O Crapjous Day!

- Process that should've run at 11pm last night blew up!
- Came to work at 2am to rerun- looked like it ran, but still blew up!
- Client website not updated, client mad!
- Reran process, all is well.
- Data load to run at 5am blew up! (who the hell is on our system at 5am to lock my process anyway?)
- Get to run 5am process at lunch now, when there will certainly be people on, blocking it! (likely will get calls bitching about them timing out)
- Have to leave work early Friday to drive to Mississippi for dad's surgery!
- Found out there are monthly reports due Monday (the day I'm out) for huge BANK located in (ie, OF) AMERICA!

I'm just fucking done.

ahhh, I'm in the northeastern part of the state...about 2 hours from Jackson. dullsville.

so do you frequent indian reservations? because according to my dad, that's about all there is to do there. he won $5000 over the weekend on a $1 slot machine btw.

never been to an Indian reservation. I'd like to go sometime. there was a Choctaw festival a few weeks ago near Jackson I think. I've always been curious about playing toli (a form of stickball) with the Choctaw. hiking the Natchez Trail is pretty cool I hear. not much to pass the time here. the extent of "culture" is hunting and fishing mostly. :/
