Yeah we did okay, thankfully mother nature was very nice to us this weekend so we could all be outside.

My oldest kids just played outside a lot, and the baby was strapped to my back most of the time while i was working the garage or cleaning house doing laundry, all those dad kinda things.

The only time they were outta my sight was when i went to the Depot to get the lumber for the shed doors i have to rebuild for their bikes.

My little man...kid was downin two jars of food at a clip, i gave one jar and then tilted it so he could see it was empty and his popped open in surprise and he shouted at me.... so i got him another jar and some juice and 2 hours later he was out like a light.

We got free pizza from Pizza Hut, their driver never showed up so i called em every 30 minutes and politely badgered them. :loco:

Then the last call i was like okay, i could have TWO trips to your store now...i said this what you are going to do to rectify this problem as i have 3 hungry kids. I said you will refund me the entire cost of the meal for lack of deilvery...i said i will come up there myself and i want a fresh hot pizza and i'll see you in 20 minutes.

:heh:

BTW... the older kids Love Anthrax - especially Crush and Catharsis...:headbang: is my 6 year old in the back seat.

Doesn't anybody just hold their children anymore? Touch the kid once in a while - he'll thank you for it later.

What are you doing with your kid in the garage? Why are you exposing him to toxic fumes? What if you spilled some paint on the floor, slipped and fall on the kid and the screwdriver that you were holding to open the paint can in the first place hits the concrete and creates a spark that ignites the paint fumes and sets you and the kid on fire in a huge orange fireball that engulfs the garage, ignites the car parked there, ruptures the gas tank and burns down the whole house while the three other kids are outside playing? Did you think about that? What if you survive - what will you tell your wife, then?

See what happens when you don't hold your children? It's bad news all around.

Hey he was on my back, actually safe from harm because with him on my back he's not gonna get hurt.

I understand your fumes issue. however i follow seriously strict guidlines regarding storage just like i did in the air force so that's not happening, i just witnessed what happens when ya don't (my beloved harware store burned to a crisp)

I do hold all my kids from the biggest one at 115 pounds down to the littlest man at 20 pounds, i have carried all my kids in that backpack its going on 9 years now. This was just the first time i've had all 4 kids at home alone an entire weekend.

The second part of your post reminded me of Jack Handey from SNL :D.

Especially since my cars don't stay in my garage.

Jack Handey...couldn't think of his name...yeah that guys post made me laugh:loco:

Cool autographs.

I got my oldest one today, he got sick im getting him checked out at the doc's office, then im off to work,,,im majorly into a side project trying to make something out of junk pc's people swear don't work.

Funny, I got em to work in a couple of hours a piece, but now im tackling how to understand the operating system of Damn Small Linux, and how you slap the cd in and it runs the pc, connects to internet etc, NO plug ins, no nothing. all on 50 MB of space. :)

im working on some old compaq internet appliance machines, should i get the compact flash card i have to work in those machines, you can have a semi portable pc, at a fraction of the cost of a laptop. :)

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of George Carlin, but Jack Handey's spots on SNL in the 90's were always some classic material.
