Why'd I get an email to buy it now for $59.99 plus $8.00 shipping? The most bogus looking email I've ever seen. If anyone wants to see it, give me your address and I'll forward it to you. It's supposedly the 1997 versions.

I've got them all on DVD, but only because I had to make them. I just re-encoded the Laserdiscs and burned them onto a few DVDs.

In Asia there's a huge bootleg market. Just go to EBay and do a search for "Star Wars DVD" and you'll see tons of copies available. Hell, you can get the Indiana Jones trilogy, too, but all you'll get is a cheap replication of a cover and a poor quality digital transfer with no special features. The only edge that it would have over owning the VHS is that you wouldn't have to rewind it.

I just think it's funny that people are sending junk emails about it. Putting something on eBay is one thing, flooding someone who won't pay $68 for someone else's crap is another.

yeah I've got a copy of LOTR TT DVD quality that won't play in my DVD player but it will in the one in the living room.
every forty minutes for like 10 seconds it says "for your concideration" at the bottom I guess it's an awards screener or something.
