thought about one too for a while...
actually there are two people who wrote music quite similar to this part (and its oh so fucking great it's the most beautiful part of music i ever heard and i mean it ) by the names of
william byrd and thomas morley (britain, renaissance). they did a lot of a capella stuff that goes in this direction, shaboo, stay chupi!
