The more I listen, the more I "get it" and enjoy listening to it.

Someone asked me who could I compare them to? I said, well they have their own sound, but if I had to compare them to other bands, I would say a cross between My Dying Bride, Anathema, and Sentenced.

There is alot I like about this cd ~ the melodies, the vocals, the drums, the lyrics, riffs, etc...The only disappointment to me is the final song, which kind of ends the cd without a...crescendo...or any type of flair. Maybe after a few more listens, that view could possibly change too.

When I heard this cd for the first time (at a friends house), I had never heard of ND, knew nothing about them, or the label.... and I couldn't believe that they weren't as big as MDB or some of the big Doomish bands of the time. Cool that they are from Chicago too!
