I got two yesterday, "Whoracle" by In Flames and the s/t Iced Earth. Other than that I haven't bought anything new in awhile. I'm thinking of ordering one or two other ones today. Any suggestions?

I'm a big Sonata Arctica fan! I also got Winterhearts Guild but have yet to hear it. I'm still listening to thier Ecliptica album that I got not too long ago. Totally awesome!

The album rocks... their best I think.. and I adore SA... they are my favorite powermetal band.

I got Opeths Blackwater Park on Sunday. Totally AWSOMME!! So melodic,beautiful, emotional, KEWL!
I'm actually starting to like the growls (as Kate Bush Rules predicted on the Opeth forum) The album I got before that was COB's FtR. Again, AWSOMME! ALexi is amazing (guitarist, that is) But does anyone know why the booklet only has the lyrics to 3 songs?
I think I'm going to get POS's TP1, Evergrey's ISoT, Andromeda's EotW or Opeths Still Life next.

I'm a big SA fan too. I love all three of their full-length releases. I'm a sucker for that type of sound.

I do too! I understand SOME of the criticism that they get, but if you like good, fun, melodic power metal, HammerFall does it well.

Yeah, yeah. I like happy metal. I'm cheerful. So SUE me!

"Crimson Thunder" didn't grab me from the first listen like their previous releases did, but after listening to it more intently a couple of times, I got to really like it.
