Finally got a chance to sit down and watch it. Killer episode! I have to admit, I never realized how much I liked the Sawyer character until he was almost gone. The only thing that draws the suspense (but not the intrigue) down a notch is where the hell is Kate going to go?? That one will be interesting indeed. Jack's character was just off the charts in this one, I truly felt for him when he saw the monitor, but then was floored by the way he regained his power. And what of Juliet? No resolution to the question of will or won't she betray Ben. All the while Mr. Ecko's influence is still deeply felt upon Locke discovering the phrase "Lift up your eyes and look North" on his prayer stick. Absolutely riveting stuff.

I'm losing interest to be honest....I miss the days of all the people like Sayid, Locke, etc. It's got to the point where I'm not even sure if I care who the 'Others' are anymore, it's just going on and on and on...

I think next episode they start going back to the old crew. Like any TV show when it drags on it gets annoying, but so far I still like the show.

Agreed. They've hit their stride again after that lousy Hurley episode. Locke is such a great character.

Even though I knew Jack was going to use the submarine, and that Ben secretly wanted Locke to blow it up.....I'm still glad he did. If only to show that The Others do have some vulnerability, and the fact that Locke did it out of pure spite.

I think it's about time The Others started getting their asses kicked a little. I thought there was going to be a war at some point like Lord of the Flies....but it all fizzled out.

Good stuff, but by far, worst season yet. Season 1 still reigns supreme and they went too long without giving answers. Their viewing's dropped off 20% now so next season will probably be the last.

Last night's episode was okay, but I don't think it sucks total ass at all. It appears that the others are starting to lose control, but they really aren't; they still continue have control and play mind games, which is awesome. Specially with the new shit that has happened to Locke and that hot bitch that Jack wants.

That's the thing, I want to start seeing The Others getting their ass kicked a little. How is it that they can be THIS well orchestrated - planting the device on claire, 48 hours later bitchwoman turns up with Jack, they hide the serum near by, she talks herself out of getting train raped by Sayeed and Sawyer....it's just all too much.

What I want to see is Sayeed pushing sticks up her fingernails.

I thought the medicine that was in her before just was wearing off.

I wouldn't mind bitchtits getting tortured a little bit, but I have hunch that Jack is using her and doesn't really want her; moreover I think shit is going to climax between the other and them, and then the season will end.

I think ABC said 5 seasons is the maximum. I think 4 will be more than enough mainly because they'll just put in those sappy bullshit episodes like two weeks to lengthen it.
