I used to be all about Coke, Orange Soda, and Mountain Dew, but I ditched those along with a lot of the more unhealthy stuff I was consuming...onto a tangent now.... I started to realize back in the spring time that I always felt shitty and sluggish and came to the conclusion that eating nothing but frozen/microwaved foods, fast food, and soda was a big part of that. I still let myself drink soda when I go out to eat...but I'm all about iced tea, water, and juice for the most part, save for friday nights when I'll have a beer or two with dinner. I also cook actual meals most of the time now and I genuinely feel soooooo much better all the time now. Now, if I could just fall into a reasonable sleep schedule.
