i lost a fucking ounce of bud (out of a quarter pound shipment) trying to do a transaction through UPS. as much as one might *think* it works to mail shit, i'm never doing it again, ever. $230 down the drain.

er, oh, and i drank a bunch of sierra nevada the last couple nights. far from snobby i know, but it beats the ubiquitous pbr. nobody here drinks anything else, it's maddening.

yeah my friend set it up and he's done it before, he was like "blah blah blah, done it three times, trust me it works, blah blah" and then it fucking failed. this is the same guy who two weeks before our planned spring break roadtrip said "uh i can't go anymore, i have to go home for the week" and then apparently told one of our other buddies he was going on a roadtrip with friends from home. thanks, dick
