I spent the whole day working on my drumtracks and I completely forgot to eat! Now my stomach is in knots, and I feel like I'm gonna pass out. But I REGRET NOTHING

Damn, is it only me who is so fat that I cant hear anything if im not full? ;D

I do that quite often! It's just plain weird sometimes when you just lose 5 hours of your life getting so immersed in working on a track, but I kinda like just getting lost in it sometimes!

Tried to stop doin that one over the years after noticing how incredibly different i hear things when i havent eaten or am not eating properly. It still happens though and i always hate the way i feel right before i finally get to eat, because by then everything seems gross and i have force myself to eat. Its the worst when mixing... i can get really dilirious if i dont pace myself correctly.

I'm completely a slave to my blood sugar levels and have to consume something or other every 2 or 3 hours, so fortunately I need no reminder beyond my utter misery when I'm getting hungry!

lol i find wen doing full days at work i end up not eating at all, i just forget. the feeling of hunger just doesn't exist when your mind is focused on stuff.

when i finnish, i'll end up going to a chicken shop or something. i need to take food with me to munch on really throughout the day

and i drink a RIDICULES amount of coffee throughout the day!! really need to cut down, i live on it

Dude, I'm the same way. If I don't at least munch on something every 3 hours or so, my blood sugar level drops and I can get some SERIOUS headaches. On the other hand, my wife can completely forget to eat when she's engrossed in some programming project at work. I'll never understand her. ;) In fact, at one job interview, when they asked the typical "what's one of your weaknesses" , she replied "well, sometimes I forget to eat." :goggly:  The interviewer loved that response. :)

I've recently become a total slave to coffee aswell, but I'm a slow drinker so I can't squeeze to many cups in a day. But I'm working on it!

A sound engineer without a coffee addiction is like... Well...

It's just wrong.

On a busy day, I consume 11 cups of coffee.
I try and eat as much food as possible (mainly meat) as I train 1-3 hours a day. There's very rarely an occasion where I have nothing to do because I'm either getting my guitar, playing it, making coffee, drinking it, making food, eating it, Recording a Song, mixing it, getting weights and lifting it lol

Damn, that coffee thing was a huge problem for me as well.
When it was at its worst I drank like 20 cups a day, and damn you start shaking!
But the worst part is that you cant focus.

Now days I only drink 1-2 cups a day, and im trying to cut it down to a weak 1 cup max, due to the fact that I dont like how I get when I drink more then one cup.

i havent ate shit in almost 2 days, i been in the studio over 40 hours total in 2 days, good thing im just producing this project because my ears are shot and i dont think i could engineer to save my life right now....
