Ok guys I think I fucked up. (Cubase mp3 export)

Reinstall the MP3 encoder (usually LAME) and you should be fine. Alternatively, move to a free codec that sucks less, like Ogg Vorbis, or just run LAME manually.

Next time you see me available in a messenger thing of some sort, PM me and I'll see what I can do.

Okie dokie, Jbroll is officially my hero haha.

So as it goes, updates fuckin leave all sorts of unwanted crackwhores behind, and then fuck up your MP3 export.

Cubase preferences folder in my user library there was a "Default.xml" which was one of those leftover crackwhores and upon removing it from that folder Cubase allowed me to export MP3's once again!

Yeah, turns out that's in /Users/$YOURUSERNAME/Library/Preferences/Cubase(somethingorother) and only the Defaults.xml thing needs to go, but... well, that was it. Good call.
