haha, I found this olddddddd ass cover I did of a cover of be quiet and drive by deftones its an acoustic ver..i must have been about 15/16..i dont think there's any bass....anyway just thought i'd share it with you guys

Yeah.I dig that acoustic tone a lot.What axe is that?It is bassy but not flat.You used eq?

Its my yamaha LL6. Slight e.q i think if i can remember but i had no idea what i was doing back then. They have a really nice mid range, really warm.

also was captured with 2 matched rode nt-5 mics... great mics imo a bit bright but brought a nice shine to my acoustic

not bad at all, pretty nice accoustic cover, the guitar tone is great. as always, could benefit from some quiet little bass in the back ground, a fretless would be just marvelous IMO. Of course I'm just dreaming, Im aware this is an old recorded thing, not a work in progress

infact, no there is a bass its just not loud enough haha i found the old project file! Glad you dudes liked it..may re-do it in the future with vox

Very nice. I love that song btw. An acoustic version like this kinda sounds like some INCUBUS stuff also (during the Morning View era especially).
