About THERION... i'm big fan of them, and i've been looking for something like it whitout luck.. but i can recomend:

Hollenthon - Really.. the closest to THERION
HAGGARD - Pure symphonic metal
Nightwish
Rain Felt within

Those have been pointed out before... you shuld check them anyway.
