The two tracks appeared as a bonus CD on the limited re-release of BWP in 2002, later released as limited 7".

Still Day Beneath The Sun was also included as track 11 on a MFN sampler called, "Music For Nations Futures Sampler". I think I was given that after the re-release of BWP.
 
it's weird, usually you'd think bonus tracks to an album aren't AS good as some of the album material, hence leaving them off the original press..but Still Day and Patterns 2 are two of the best BWP songs :\ heh.
 
It's my understanding that they were actually recorded after BWP was released - I think it was basically Mike, an electric, an acoustic, and a digital 8-track recorder. It gave them something to put on the re-release. And thank god they did - those songs are so stripped down, lo-fi, and simple. They're fucking beautiful.
