I would think it would be the other way around.

I don't think they will add another Sydney show either because that would mean they play 4 shows in a row......

Well isn't there a night in between, so if Sydney sells out there'll be room for another? Maybe that'll happen, I personally don't see it though. Didn't someone say the 'Big Top' holds 5K people?

Yeah big top holds 5000. Maybe if they played at Enmore (witch would be so much better) they would do two shows.

I would prefer they play 2 nights in a row at the Metro.
Is Luna Park an outdoor venue? I've never seen a show there.

And there's no way they will play 2 sydney shows unless they want to play 4 shows in a row.

I think they made this BIG decision based on the fact that they had 3 packed shows here in Melbourne last tour.

Yeah, 2 shows in Melbourne certainly isn't a bad idea. I can't see the Sydney show selling out myself, but maybe it will. Not enough for 2 shows though.

IMO, The Big Top in Lunar Park looks like a very un Opeth venue. It’s all pink and yellow and orange and has modern designer furniture. But a friend of mine has been to a gig there and says it has really good sound.
