Lacuna Coil to drop off Opeth tour

I'm disappointed, but there is some new excitement brought to the table in waiting to find out who will replace them.

It's official: due to the "untimely" filing of immigration papers, Lacuna Coil have officially dropped off.

The way I see it, it's already a three band tour, with Brave opening up here in the MD/DC/VA area, so why get a replacement? I mean, I really wanted to see Lacuna Coil, but if they get replaced with some shitty band, then it would just make the situation worse. Don't get me wrong-- Opeth is the reason why I'm driving two hours, but, I have to admit, it would've been nice to see Half Life or Wave of Anguish done live.

Immigration can eat my ass. Fucking paperwork. This is 2 straight Montreal shows they didn't make and I was really looking forward to seeing them too. Opeth was really good but I wanted to make the trip last year to see lacuna coil and moonspell. This blows. Thanks a lot homeland security bill ::shoots George Dubbyah the bird::

Yeah, but Brave won't be doing the rest of the tour (though I'd just love it if they did!). But I don't want them replacing LC either (except with Brave), because they have to get an American band... it's a bit late to try to get another foreign band through immigration.

Chicago or LA, here I come!
