Have you actually listened to April Ethereal? From 'I will endure....hide away' to the end, is one of the most beautiful passages ever written. Many will agree with me on this.

Wow, this is the hardest one yet....hmm, I just can't believe The Amen Corner is losing so badly though Oh and when the hell did epilogue get canned? That's most definetely an album highlight!

April Ethereal is not only one of my favorite songs, but it also features Mikael at his best lyrically...best opening line ever...and I concur, the part from "I will endure" to the ending is beytond beautiful.

When is also captivating, and the ending is just too awesome.

The Amen Corner is also incredible, and it sounds like no other Opeth song, and it reaches its peak at 6:37....wow.

Demon has always been a favorite of mine...Mikael's cold, low growl is unparalleled, and the ending is Opeth at its most emotional; not to mention that it's an amazing live song (they close the show with it)

Hmmm.....think I'm gonna have to vote When....damnit.

Well, Farewell THE epic masterpiece that IS The Amen Corner. But, what can you do? Looks like many just don't see the greatness of the song like the few of us do (one of Opeth's MOST BEAUTIFUL acoustic moments is within this epic!)....

My Arms, Your Hearse...Such a beautiful death inspiring album. Not the easist to get into, but I feel is the most rewarding! They're all classic untouchable songs. So for the sake of voting, I choose: AE... Jumps around a little too much.
