Opeth's guitar pedals

So I know that Opeth used Boss GT's on Blackwater Park, but do they still use Boss Gt's? My VAMP2 pedal went to shit last week and I'm deciding which pedal to buy now. I've heard the Boss Gt pedals are very reliable. If you guys know of any other good pedals for me to check out I'd appreciate it. Also, my price range is between $100-250.
