Opinions on interfaces Mackie/Presonus

What do you guys think about the Mackie Onyx Blackbird as far as the pre's and AD converters, vs the presonus interfaces? I have had the FP10's for along time and think im ready to change it up, and can get a good deal on the Mackie's.

Not had specific experience of the blackbird but I've used the Onyx Satellite and have a 800R in my rack now and I've always found the preamps to be pretty nice. Cant really comment about AD conversion (personally I think there's no point in worrying about it until you have a world class live and control room and everything else in your chain is sorted out then any mid level interface should be fine.
