shipping time: Europe takes about 2 weeks, brasil should be roughly the same
there is no way to ensure the shipping to brasil, from Canada we can do it for the US and certain european countries so you take your chanes. I can tell you though that for over 5 years we've been doing this only 1 order got lost and this is out of thousands.

Safety: We shipped to brazil in the past, never had a problem.
