Orphaned enlightment

Yesterday a friend enlighted me with an interesting fact about the OL cover for "Mercy" originally by Paradise lost, which I have never noticed untill I listened to the Paradise lost version I heard the lyrics were different
after a little digging I found the lyrics in the OL cover are from another PL song "Gothic".

just wanted to say the "gothic" lyrics sound really good with the "mercy" music.

probably old news for the rest of you.

OL showed their talent, musical and lyrical abilities one more time...i love the "mercy/gothic" cover much more than the original...divine inspiration...
