I was looking at the cover of Once Sent From the Golden Hall and there are 5 men in the doorway. But, when i was flipping through the pages there was only 4 members during that recording period. Does anyone know what the deal is?

was the line up, In the pic inside anders is missing he was kicked out/left the band so thats why i guess there is no pic of him in the booklet
