how can I put a picture under my name??????

At the very top of the screen, left side, click on "Profile". On the middle of the next screen, second from the left, click "Edit profile". Scroll to the bottom where it says "User avatar" and insert the site address of the picture that you want to use. (The picutre has to be found on it's own somewhere on the web, and it should be roughly square, otherwise it will get distorted.)
