Today we went to the village fair and picked up 9 CDs for $4 each.

Here's what we got:

Siouxsie and the Banshees - The Rapture
Faith No More - Album of the Year
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - The Boatman's Call
Kiss - Kiss
Kiss - Music from 'The Elder'
Kiss - Animalize
Faith No More - Introduce Yourself
Cinderella - Still Climbing
Jimmy Barnes - Heat

:)

Cool. :) You paid the right price for Album of the Year - a dollar for each good song on it! Introduce Yourself rocks.

Kiss - Kiss
:headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Kiss - Music from 'The Elder'
:headbang:

Kiss - Animalize
:headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Cinderella - Still Climbing
:Smug: Crappy album, but better than Heartbreak Station.

I hauled at JB's today:

Accept - Balls to the Wall
Megadeth - The System Has Failed
Dream Theater - Live at Budokan
Firewind - Burning Earth
California Guitar Trio - Whitewater
Anthrax - Attack of the Killer B's
Motorhead - Ace of Spades
Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
AC/DC - Flick of the Switch

Slightly more expensive haul than usual - the DT, 'Deth, Firewind and CGT are all new-to-newish releases and full price. The rest were pink-stickered cheapies :)

Oh, I also got in the mail this morning a DTIFC 'zine with a fanclub disc - it's the seven top finalists from the Stream of Consciousness songwriting contest :D I haven't had a chance to listen yet, but I've heard some of these entries are meant to be really awesome, so I'm looking forward to it :)

Someone finally bought a Firewind cd! Only its not as good as their first album :(

I hauled recently too. :)
My first big spend for the year..

Jeff Scott Soto - Lost In Translation
Spinal Tap - Smell The Glove
Sabbath - The Sabbath Stones
Nightwish - Once
Dungeon - Under The Rising Sun DVD
Saxon - Live In Nottingham

And still pending from Amazon;
Anthrax - Music Of Mass Destruction DVD
Dream Theater - Live At The Bukkake
Edguy - King Of Fools EP and Hellfire Club

Is it not? I really liked Between Heaven and Hell, it was great :headbang:
I thought I was the only one who knew of the greatness of their first album! :worship:

Have you heard Mystic Prophecy? Gus is in that band too and they rock :headbang:
