Ok.. so there are Opeth fans in FL... Opeth fans in NC... Opeth fans in IN... why aren't there any Opeth fans in GA besides me????? AHHHH!!!!

I feel your pain, I feel your pain. Sure there is an Opeth fan that posts here 20 minutes from me, but he's like.. 40 I think, so I wouldn't exactly hang out with him, Towelie, next time Opeth plays in America, they will most likely hit Atlanta, and i'm going to be there, anyone else from the south (Eviscaterix, MorningRise, TyrantofFlames, the other guy from Tennesee who I can't remember the name of, ALL better show up, that'd be fun!)

We should all totally get together next time they hit Atlanta... I can't believe In Flames is touring with Slipknot... are they trying to hit America mainstream?? I hope not... that's why I love some of this music... Seeing them in Atlanta in May was amazing... I also like Nevermore... so I was pretty damn happy!

No I didn't... with the exception of Opeth... I've only JUST started getting into more of the European/Death and Power metal movement... I've listen to Opeth for years though

I will definitely see Opeth in Atlanta in the future. I did go to ProgPower 2.0. It was very good, and I will definitely be going back next year. There is some talk that Fates Warning might possibly be there. That would be really cool.

Towelie, you aren't the only Opeth fan in GA. I saw several people at ProgPower with Opeth shirts on.

I would TOTALLY join you in creating a power metal band... I sing... it would be my dream to be a power/progressive singer... I've tried to start a band so many times... ugg... it's so hard to get 5 people in the US that want to play that kind of music!! Anyhoo... yah... I wish I had gone to the festival... but I was probably in chicago... but you better be in for meeting up for the next opeth concert!!
