I don't think those many users here are actually that concerned with whether a specific member is beautiful or not. A lot of the members haven't even posted photos of themselves and they don't get treated any differently because of that.

For the record, I'm not a big fan of nose rings either. A small ball piercing on one nostril might look cute though.

Septum piercings are the worst. Eyebrow rings are damn awful as well.

Yeah, gorgeous girls usually do get quite a lot of attention -- just like damn cool non-gorgeous girls do. It's just a different kind of attention. Hot dumb girls might get a lot of attention wherever they go but is that really the kind of attention you want to get from other people? Actually, attention isn't even the correct word to us here. Interest is a much more appropriate word for it.

Not the same with a cool girl, gorgeous or not. Cool girls are highly regarded by other people, not considered as simple objects.

I'm glad I'm going to be moving in a year or two, this is a, for lack of a better word, wierd country, and I understand people's gripes about it. However, even though I wasn't born here I find most Europeans' condescending attitudes about Americans themselves quite irritating
