you should look out for the when the London band Adorior play again paddy, they're an excellent thrashy death band (with affiliations with Razor of Occam and Destroyer 666 I think), plus they're local!

Their set was excellent at Nifelheim!

A few more to the list.

Witchery
Deathchain
Deathspell Omega
The Crown
Sadus
Terror 2000
Carnal Forge
De Liriums's Order
Demolition Hammer
No Return

Listen to Wyrd, for he speaks sense.

I also recommend the defunct band "Swordmaster", who were great.

Alas, their alter ego as Deathstars are fucking awful.

I don't get it : some of you put black metal bands in your lists ...

I may recommend this german band : Dew-Scented, the "Issue VI" album.
Really powerful death-thrash music !!

Konkhras "Weed out the weak" was pretty good thrash/death hybrid stuff. Their latest, "Reality Check" was also pretty fucking great, as was the "Eye for an Eye" Daemon spin off album (featuring Gene Hoglan on drums, beeyotch)

Which Black Metal bands are you refereing to?

As for Dew-Scented, I really had high hopes for the band back in the late 90's and while they delievered some excellent work, for me they have certainly stagnated with "Issue VI" and "Impact".

Just remembered another three, all with recent releases.

Demiricious
One Man Army (and the undead quartet)
Legion of the Damned

Next on my "To Buy" list. How good is this? (N.b. it doesn't really matter, I'll buy it anyway!)
