An update from Daniel Gildenlow about things, including what to expect from the Wednesday show at PPUSA:

SUIT UP!

A few months back I asked myself if I'd ever be able to be on stage again. I had a close call in January, way too close, and when I got out of the hospital I could hardly walk a flight of stairs without sitting down for a few minutes. The stage seemed so far away.

Did I ever mention that I'm stubborn? :)

Now, against all odds, and after having kicked ass at Sweden Rock, Steel Day and Be Prog Fest, we are thrilled to come back to the US for a coast-to-coast tour, including Las Vegas and Mexico! Yes, you wonderfully crazy Mexicans, you finally got what you've asked for all these years, and we look forward to meeting you all.

Old-school fans will be thrilled to note that for the *first and only time ever* we are performing the album "Remedy Lane" in its entirety at ProgPower USA! We are also hosting the Mid-Week Mayhem night at the ProgPower and will serve up some good old POS and unexpected happenings – this intimate night will be something very special.

Me? I am extra happy about the Las Vegas date. For every trip to the US we've done, I have asked for a Vegas show. "It doesn't matter if only two people show up for the gig, I still want to play Vegas! In Elvis suits!" God damn it, the time has come! Suit up!

Yours messy,
Daniel

Re: POS in Vegas

If he's going to gamble, the slots are looser on Fremont Street. I won $700 at The Four Queens once. He should also take in a matinee performance of The Beatles Love show.

How come you didn't tell me that when I went to Vegas last month?:lol:

Yes, Beatles love... I've been to Vegas twice and stayed at the Mirage both of those times. Saw Beatles Love both times I was there. One of the best musical experiences ever.

Unexpected happenings? Maybe Clay plays with them again?

I wish Rock the Vault existed when I was in Vegas. That might be a more productive show to check out. The last time was 4 years ago to see Rush.
