Paranoid Android

It's a fucking brilliant song. Could be one of the best songs of all time.
Yes. Absolutely. This is one of those songs you don't even talk about, you just say in no uncertain terms that it rules, everyone around you nods in agreement, and you move on.

I still can't really here the similarities between the bands at ALL, but on topic. THAT WHOLE ALBUM IS TEH WIN WIN! Especially "Let Down".

It's just the new Anathema to be honest, but I didn't know they'd taken it upon themselves to start doing Radiohead covers. Well, it explains a lot to me at least.

Yes, OK Computer is a masterpiece. "Let Down" is incredible, especially the last outro chorus.

its a brilliant song, i love the pacing of the drums on it, kind of pushy for the mood

I like a lot of thier stuff, never really identify individual tracks on the later albums
but i like thier approach

they really just do whatever they feel like and i like that

Absolutely. The thing that really works for me is the centerpoint. The whole breakdown interlude which proves Thom Yorke has *probably* got one of the greatest voices out there:

What's this sir?
You're leaving?
The crackle of pigskin
The dust and the screaming
The yuppies networking
The panic, the vomit
The panic, the vomit
God loves his children, God loves his children, yeah.

That entire segment is a key highlight from OK Computer, which says a lot considering how near-perfect the album is.

OK Computer = Greatest non-metal album of ALL-TIME. Paranoid Android is my fav. track I'd like to add. BRILLIANCE.

That's all I have to say about that.
And that's all you need to say. Well said.

all right,

I'll divulge some information.

When anathema played the metalfest a few years ago, the brothers cavanaugh played an acoustic set for the press only. I was the only one allowed to record this event.

They did a lot of anathema songs, plus paranoid android, and a beatles cover with the singer from Macabre helping out, since he was running sound for them, after the macabre minstrels played.

Very cool show...
