Part of "The Odyssey" = Street of Dreams

The part starting from the 20th min of "The Odyssey" sounds just like Rainbow's "Street of Dreams" including the vocals. Sounds like a rip off to me.

You mean, SX seriously ripped off one of my favorite Rainbow songs?
I mean, please. Please!! The resemblance is there, but hey, get a grip. Symphony X did NOT (read: NO WAY) rip off SOD, nor do they rip off anyone.
My goodness, resemblance does not instantly mean rip-off.
