Pci or hub for firewire?

Hey guys im moving house shortly and im not taking my PC tower with me ive got a silver keys macbook pro, and i need an extra firewire slot now for an external HD (saffire pro 40 in my available FW port) would i be better going with a hub or PCI card with firwire ports, im guessing a PCI would be better,

Get the ExpressCard Adapter. It will run much better with the drive and interface on a separate bus .
