Never been banned. At least not here, on a web forum where I was a moderator I got banned because I locked and deleted every thread in the forum when it changed from a music forum to a porn forum. They left me with my powers and I was bored so I ruined everyone's day.

I got banned for being "rude" to the new members of the "new members forums" once here before, it wasn't that bad though. I can't go on the new members forums anymore because of that.

The only forum I have ever got banned from was a friends forum which he made that I joined and in thinking it didn't matter on a small forum posted links to a few illegal things and got banned by the yabb or whatever it was webmaster that looks into that kind of rule breaking on the free forums.
