Nah, gator cooks like lean pork but has a unique taste that is a bit tangy. Season it like pork or chicken you miss the whole gator experience.

Rabbit cooks like chicken. Emu, kangaroo, and ostrich cook like the leanest beef cuts like filet mignon.

People say I'm a picky eater.
