Pick ups and pinch harmonics.

I have a Jackson with EMGs. I get great pinch harmonics everywhere on the neck except for on the higher strings near the middle towards the pick ups. When I solo like to throw in a quick pinch harmonic so this is kinda a problem because the harmonics are either weak near this part or just don't come through.

Is there anything I can do with the picks ups or bridge to help this ?

Dude, emgs are the best for pinch harmonics. There isn't much you can do.
