It is indeed, my uncle has one (ex-SWAT) and he LOVES it. His duty weapon was always his Glock .40, but this is the only other gun that I have ever seen him love nearly as much. Shoots these puppies:

It's very likely the county Sheriff will actually let me carry concealed, Frank. Bill Whitman tends to be a cool guy and won't (usually) say no unless he has a reason to. If that fails, I'm going into corrections eventually. That automatically gives you a CCW permit, and bypasses the CAL DOJ approved gun list. Means I could get ANY GUN AND MAGAZINE short of automatic weapons. No dice there.
