The last time I was in Texas, I went to visit a friend of mine who had moved out there. I got "detained" by the police for looking a little too much like wanted murderer.

but seriously, that really sucks, since texas has the death penalty for murder

Was about three years ago. I just had to spend time convincing them I wasn't really this dude while they did a rather thorough background check, called the police department in AZ, etc. It's a great way to start a week get away.
