I just recently helped bbq ribs for over 200 people at a 9 hour (11 band) local metalfest... While selling merch. I really wish I could have afforded some expensive bbq sauce... good thing everybody was too drunk to realize that it was no name brand... Still tasted pretty good, and the ribs were waaaay too tender. I like something you have to chew a bit.
My uncle makes amazing rub for pork ribs. While staying at his cabin on the beach (Westport, WA) I brought some Sweet Baby Ray's with and the mixture made me cream myself just a little bit.
I'm not entirely sure what's in his mix cause he won't tell anyone, but I know there's some Paprika.
