well, i play guitar for 3 years now and my hands are totaly flexible and fast..i play many cool songs including solo's..my problem that nobody taugh me anything so i just read the tabs, hear the song and play..recently i found cool website teaching how to play scales, key constructions, chromatics, the standard modes(Ionian,Dorian...) and how to fix every thing together to form a song but the problem is that i dont know how to start!:Smug: ...should i memorize the scales only(its difficult since it can begin with any root of the 12 chromatics and that wont help building a solo), should i memorize the notes all over the guitar neck..i dont know,i just feel lost....tell me what to do guys

just learn a bunch of scales, modes and everything of that nature and then from there your playing will expand, just mix it up and dont play the same things over and over again.

To learn every single note on a guitar is quite hard. I use to remember only the semi note steps which is far more easy. But I suppose it only helps when learning the standard scales (including their modes).
