I don't know about the 'sound' but that has some really sweet musical ideas going on, i'd like to hear vox.

Setup is:

Guitar: Very cheap Hamer California -> Boss-GT8 -> digi001(s/pdif)
Bass: sampled Bass, used with HELION, don't know where i got the samples from
Drums: Andy's Kick and Toms, HiHats and Cymbals mainly taken from the KT-free Drumkit, put together in Battery
Synth: PRo 52, EXS sampler with mellotron fem-voice
Recorded with Cubase VST 32
