No clubs remain from Winnipeg? Six clubs from Ontario but none from Toronto? What's the capacity of the Phog Lounge, anyway? Amigo's is the only club left standing west of Lake Huron? Power to the PEI? No venues from BC?

I say...

I wish Windsor's THE LOOP / THE COACH & HORSES was on this list, being my building of choice during my undergrad years in Windsor (pints and artsy/indie/punk girls upstairs, pints and metal in the basement)...but PHOG is on the next block and I have always respected their independent spirit as a small, hip, sustainable, live music club. Most any night I've been out on the town in Windsor, and any night I've played a gig at 'The Coach', 'PHOG' would also be rocking bands and indie music performers on the next street. Because it's a small place, they usually have the drummer backed right up against the front window, so you can always tell from the street what kind of music they have happening on any given night when the bands are on display like fish in a big aquarium. WOODS has never played there, but I would still like too. Most intimate black metal gig ever!

btw - PHOG has the smallest capacity (60 people) of all the 113 venues in this contest from across the country.
