Pod hd or pod farm 2.5

I would like to know if there is a differance in the sound between the pod HD rackmounted version and The pod farm plugin ? Caus the pod hd is way more expencive thanks !

I own both a Pod HD Pro as well as Pod Farm Platinum 2.5. I've come to find myself liking my Pod HD Pro a lot better. I've used it in the studio as well as in a live setting and it held its own. Pod Farm is great, it's got a ton of cool amps and effects. The Pod HD Pro has a ton of effects and some really awesome amps as well. They're all modeled very well, I prefer them to the Pod Farm emulations. It allows you to control deeper parameters of amps, cabs, etc. The Pod HD Pro doesn't have the biggest selection of modern high gain amps, which is one of the few problems I've found. There are no 6505 and 5150 emulations on board which I think is a mistake. Other than that, I can't complain. My Pod HD has been great to me! If you have anymore questions, PM me!
