just wondering if a lot of you use both a real amp and a pod pro when you record and blend them together or just one or the other??

No reason why you can't use both, if you're worried about putting out the same track into both you'll have to either split the signal (may cause slight impedance problems here and there) or set the pod to save a non-processed version of the take so that you can feed it back through the other amp and record that.

yea i had a pod pro but i sold it and now i have only recorded my guitar with an amp and 57 but i was curious to try both of them and blend to taste just wondering maybe someone has clips they did like that??

Doubling a pod and an amp wouldn't give results not comparable to two amps (or even one amp with different settings), just give it a try - in the end it'll depend on how well you balance two sounds and now pod-magic or pixie dust, just make some clips yourself and figure it out that way.
