treble: 7, mid: 5, bass: between 1-3

presence on, gain boost on

cab model: line6 4x12

that'll give you a cool lead tone to work with

I use the Soldano (Modern Hi Gain) model and it's got a really nice crunch and chunk to it. Just make sure you don't have too much bass and keep the mids dialled in.
