Its not to hard really, as long as this site would host everything needed. If its JUST video you can use SAM Broadcast (P.C) or NiceCast (Mac) and do it that way and have an Ultimate Metal Radio channel! I help my friend Orion host on Toxik Tunes and also make all the intros, outros and what not. But for video some programs access your built in or USB camera and everything else is just the same as the radio hosting. Its actually not to much work really. Just everyone has to send ALL their music files to one spot.
