I don't know what's up but my PODxt just randomly started restarting a couple days ago. It will do it maybe once every 15-30minutes, sometimes more. Anyone know why it's doing this? I unhooked the USB cable for a while and it still did it so it's an issue between the PODxt and my PC. Faulty AC Adapter?

Yeah I had the ac transformer take a dump on me and it did that... I found a new power supply online(actual line 6) for like $20.... And my switch broke on mine, and they just sent me a new one for free as DSS3 has said....

ok I got a new ac adaptor but it still does it.. now it's really fuckin up and it turns out the on/off switch must be loose or something because when I push it down in the on position it turns on but when I let go it goes off.

anyone have any suggestions?

Take it to a Line6 service center if you dont feel capable of taking it apart and checking loose connections. It could be something as simple as a solder thats gone loose.

Yeah it's the plug on the POD itself that is jacked up, you need to call Line6 and ask them about it and they will send you the connector, usually free like Jeff already said. There was probably nothing wrong with the adapter in the first place.

what exactly do you mean by connector?

how hard would it be to fix? just basic soldering?

and hey at least now i have a back up ac adaptor lol

Yeah it's an easy fix man, simple solder job. The connector on the POD, where you plug the adapter into, that is probably just loose or faulty. Open the POD up, carefully, and see if it's loose or something where it's soldered. To be sure I would say just re-solder it anyway, if it doesn't work you either didn't solder it properly or it's faulty. If it's faulty then just call up Line6 and they will most likely send out a new one for you to solder in.
